Giving a true reason for living…

Who We Are

Vision & Voice of I AM Inc. (V&V) was founded by Segun Ayodele Elesho. Mr. Elesho, an American citizen of African descent and a devout Christian noticed that like in Africa, many at-risk youth in America’s inner cities suffered from poor self esteem and lacked strong morals and/ or positives role models in their lives. Also, he noticed many of them used music, sports and/ or entertainment to cope with the daily challenges of life. A man of great talents and faith, he believed that he could change or improve their lives through the introduction of the Arts (e.g. theater, voice, drama, writing, photography, etc). As a result V&V was formed. The organization consists mostly of African Americans but services are available to anyone regardless of sex, race or gender.

Our vision is to implement a global program that serves as a venue to fulfill the mission and goals of the organization and to empower and equip mentees with skills needed to be productive.
